    HR Mangtaa HRMS has been a cost-effective solution for our growing company, streamlining HR workflows and boosting employee satisfaction.

    Overall, I've been really impressed with HR Mangtaa. It's a user-friendly platform with a good mix of features at a competitive price. It's been a big improvement over our old system, which was clunky and frustrating to use.

    Pros

    The feature I find most valuable is the mobile app. It allows employees to easily access their paystubs and request leave on the go. This has been a big plus for our team, especially for those who work remotely or have flexible schedules.

    Cons

    There isn't anything major I dislike, but like others have mentioned, the performance management module could be a bit more robust. While it covers the basics, having more tools for goal setting and development tracking would be helpful.
