The thing I love most about Medismo Pharmasoft is the ease of use. Even reps who aren't particularly tech-savvy can quickly learn the ropes and start submitting reports with minimal training. This is a huge plus for our team!

The one area I'd like to see improvement in is the mobile app's notification system. Sometimes important updates get buried, and reps miss them. A more customizable notification system would be ideal.
