    Good CRM for mid-sized businesses

    Salesbabu CRM is a reliable and efficient tool for mid-sized businesses. It has helped us boost team collaboration, improve client communication, and ultimately close more deals. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job done.

    Pros

    What stands out for me is the reporting and analytics. The detailed reports give me a clear overview of my team’s performance and help identify areas where we can improve. The ability to track customer interactions in one place has improved our communication process significantly. I also appreciate the lead management feature, which ensures that no opportunity slips through the cracks.

    Cons

    The lack of integration with some of our existing tools, like certain email platforms, is a drawback. It makes it harder to connect all our systems seamlessly.
