    Brevo CRM offered a simple and user-friendly interface, but lacked some of the advanced features we needed.

    Brevo CRM's ease of use was a major selling point. However, as our business grew, we found the feature set to be a bit limited for our more complex sales processes.

    Pros

    The drag-and-drop interface was incredibly intuitive and easy to learn, even for non-technical users.

    Cons

    Scalability was a concern. Brevo CRM might be suitable for very small teams, but it lacked the robust features needed for managing a larger sales pipeline.
