In 2018, when we initiated our software consultancy and regulatory compliance consultancy services, we quickly recognized the significant dependence clients had on their consultants, Chartered Accountants (CA), Advocates, and Company Secretaries (CS), even for fundamental aspects of their work. Our clients consistently expressed concerns regarding their compliance obligations and the availability of their data. Unfortunately, there was a notable absence in the market for a solution that could offer them a unified perspective of their regulatory compliance and data status in a single location. Understanding this critical need, we embarked on a mission to address these challenges and provide our clients with a comprehensive solution. Our team began developing an integrated software platform that would empower organizations to effectively manage their regulatory compliance requirements while ensuring the seamless availability and visibility of their data.
