Easy to customize screen according user needs. Integration system with manufacturing and finance.
It helps in many way to handle and monitor cost. Also it provide many customized reports.
Can be paired with other software's as well to improve efficiency. I particularly preferred to integrate with TAP accounting.
Their licensing makes it difficult to run in a typical virtualized environment (Microsoft, VmWare).
Supposedly the log files are not available once the user's session times-out so we are having a rather difficult time getting it to iron out completely.
This product has a lot of nuances entry rules that make the product very difficult to navigate.

It's like having an extra HR assistant in my pocket - super convenient!
Beehive has been a mixed bag for me. It's got some great features, but there's a bit of a learning curve at the start.
PROSThe best part about Beehive is definitely the automated reminders. No more forgetting birthdays or scrambling to approve leave requests!
CONSI found the reporting features a bit clunky at first. It took some time to figure out how to get the data I actually needed.
