Microsoft Dynamics AX is a solution for property owners and managers to manage the key activities of leasing, renting, and selling the property to various customers. This suite covers the entire range of operations, including the creation of properties and units, the maintenance of rent/lease and the sale value of property units, the management of property and real estate related leads, the recording and management of customer reservations, the management of lease contracts, and the generation of related reports. The suite also addresses the sub-activities associated with each of the specified activities.
