Easy to customize screen according user needs. Integration system with manufacturing and finance.
It helps in many way to handle and monitor cost. Also it provide many customized reports.
Can be paired with other software's as well to improve efficiency. I particularly preferred to integrate with TAP accounting.
Their licensing makes it difficult to run in a typical virtualized environment (Microsoft, VmWare).
Supposedly the log files are not available once the user's session times-out so we are having a rather difficult time getting it to iron out completely.
This product has a lot of nuances entry rules that make the product very difficult to navigate.

It is good to use this software for day to day HR Activities.
PROSIt is simple and Poweful tool to manage HR operation.
CONSWhile the core functionalities are great, there could be room for improvement in offering more customization options for reports. This would allow for even more in-depth analysis of HR data.
