Easy to customize screen according user needs. Integration system with manufacturing and finance.
It helps in many way to handle and monitor cost. Also it provide many customized reports.
Can be paired with other software's as well to improve efficiency. I particularly preferred to integrate with TAP accounting.
Their licensing makes it difficult to run in a typical virtualized environment (Microsoft, VmWare).
Supposedly the log files are not available once the user's session times-out so we are having a rather difficult time getting it to iron out completely.
This product has a lot of nuances entry rules that make the product very difficult to navigate.

Overall, I've been really impressed with HR Mangtaa. It's a user-friendly platform with a good mix of features at a competitive price. It's been a big improvement over our old system, which was clunky and frustrating to use.
PROSThe feature I find most valuable is the mobile app. It allows employees to easily access their paystubs and request leave on the go. This has been a big plus for our team, especially for those who work remotely or have flexible schedules.
CONSThere isn't anything major I dislike, but like others have mentioned, the performance management module could be a bit more robust. While it covers the basics, having more tools for goal setting and development tracking would be helpful.
