Easy to customize screen according user needs. Integration system with manufacturing and finance.
It helps in many way to handle and monitor cost. Also it provide many customized reports.
Can be paired with other software's as well to improve efficiency. I particularly preferred to integrate with TAP accounting.
Their licensing makes it difficult to run in a typical virtualized environment (Microsoft, VmWare).
Supposedly the log files are not available once the user's session times-out so we are having a rather difficult time getting it to iron out completely.
This product has a lot of nuances entry rules that make the product very difficult to navigate.

PROSThe thing I love most about Medismo Pharmasoft is the ease of use. Even reps who aren't particularly tech-savvy can quickly learn the ropes and start submitting reports with minimal training. This is a huge plus for our team!
CONSThe one area I'd like to see improvement in is the mobile app's notification system. Sometimes important updates get buried, and reps miss them. A more customizable notification system would be ideal.
