Easy to customize screen according user needs. Integration system with manufacturing and finance.
It helps in many way to handle and monitor cost. Also it provide many customized reports.
Can be paired with other software's as well to improve efficiency. I particularly preferred to integrate with TAP accounting.
Their licensing makes it difficult to run in a typical virtualized environment (Microsoft, VmWare).
Supposedly the log files are not available once the user's session times-out so we are having a rather difficult time getting it to iron out completely.
This product has a lot of nuances entry rules that make the product very difficult to navigate.

I have a best experience. It's definitely made my job as a Sales Manager easier. No more filling out mountains of paper reports!
PROSI love the mobile app! It's super convenient to log doctor visits, record call details, and submit expense reports right from my phone. No more waiting until I get back to the office. Plus, the doctor database is helpful for keeping track of previous interactions.
CONSSometimes the app can be a little slow, especially when there's a weak internet connection. Also, there have been a few instances where the offline functionality wasn't as smooth as I'd like.
